Cancellation Policy

Requests are subject to approval and availability. Upon approval, payment instruction will be given. Payment required at which the 24-hour period begins. Swift Rush Service is nonrefundable regardless of cancellation. You are welcome to cancel if the task is no longer needed. Refunds will not be provided. Refunds will also not be given in cases of missing items needed in order to complete a task: for example, missing QR code for package return, key or garage keypad code not provided before scheduled task time begins, unsafe conditions, miscommunication etc. If the request involved an errand, the aspects of errand policy applies per the following: Errand Services do not include: a. Transporting people b. Purchasing or delivering alcohol c. Any heavy lifting above 35lbs. d. Illegal items e. Anything I determine under the Right of Service Refusal Policy Service Area • Within a 7 mile radius of the Brookstone Publix • Outside of that radius will incur a .70 per mile rate Client Responsibilities • Clients must provide accurate information (addresses, access instructions, QR codes gate codes, etc.). • Clients must ensure homes are safe to enter (pets restrained, alarms disarmed, etc.). • Client is responsible for delays caused by incorrect info, access issues. • The Swift Assist is not responsible for costs or delays due to traffic, weather, etc. Confidentiality • All personal information and errands are handled with strict confidentiality and discretion. I take your business seriously and your business is no one else’s. In addition, refer our Privacy Policy. Liability Disclaimer • The Swift Assist is not responsible for losses or damages beyond my control (ex: store out of stock, delayed traffic, etc.).
