Right of Service Refusal

At The Swift Assist, I am committed to providing mutually safe, helpful, respectful, and professional services to all clients.  However, I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at my sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Tasks or requests that are unsafe, illegal, or outside the scope of my listed services

  • Situations that may pose a personal safety risk

  • Requests that are unethical, inappropriate, or unreasonable

  • Client behavior that is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful

  • Requests that include the purchase or delivery of alcohol 

  • Overnight house or pet sitting

  • Services that require constant heavy lifting or over 30 pounds

  • Hoarding living conditions

Errand Service Policy

Errand Services do not include: Transporting people, purchasing or delivering alcohol, any heavy lifting above 30lbs., illegal items, anything I determine under the Right of Service Refusal  Service Area: Within a 7 mile radius of the Brookstone Publix. Outside of that radius will incur a .70 per mile rate Cancellations and Rescheduling: 1 hour fee on cancellations inside 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling needs to occur at least 24 hours outside of original appointment time Payment Terms: 1 hour deposit due at booking. Balance for the hour and any other expenses is due same day of service completion. $10 late fee for any invoices over 7 days unpaid. $10 late fee applied each week invoice is unpaid. Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure accurate information (addresses, access instructions, QR codes gate codes, etc.) as well as all supplies needed to complete tasks. Clients must ensure homes are safe to enter (pets restrained, alarms disarmed, etc.). Client is responsible for delays caused by omitted info, errors, and access issues. The Swift Assist is not responsible for costs or delays due to traffic, weather, etc. Any time added as a result is part of cost of service. Confidentiality: All personal information and errands are handled with strict confidentiality and discretion. I take your business seriously and your business is no one else’s. In addition, refer to our Privacy Policy. Liability Disclaimer: I am not responsible for expenses, losses or damages beyond my control (ex: store out of stock, delayed traffic, etc.).
